Miami Center for Architecture & Design

The Miami Center for Architecture & Design (MCAD) promotes awareness, understanding, and appreciation of the ways in which architecture and urban design influence the built environment and enhance the quality of life in South Florida.  A destination for everyone interested in the built environment, MCAD celebrates Miami’s vibrant and unique architecture and urban fabric.  MCAD’s calendar includes exhibitions, lectures, tours, film series and other programs that aim to reveal the richness of design in Miami.  Home to the Miami Chapter of the American Institute of Architects, MCAD also operates, in partnership with the Miami Downtown Development Association, the Downtown Miami Welcome Center.
