This fall, architecture organizations will be setting their 2021 budgets, and most of us will be projecting significant cuts that will affect programming, fundraising, and other essential functions. How will you make necessary financial projections without a good precedent of what might be possible or expected in the coming year? Where will you choose to prioritize the precious resources you do have?

We invite top leaders and CEOs of AAO member organizations to join us for this peer "check-in" to discuss the unique challenges of scenario planning during the COVID-era. Please come prepared to share high-level budgeting and staffing questions you may have, as well as the latest thinking that might guide your forecasting for the upcoming year. If there are any special initiatives you've been able to fund despite these uncertain financial times, those success stories would be welcome, too. We'd also be interested in hearing about any plans for reopening your Centers or in-person programming in the coming months.
